Do I need to be an elite cyclist to apply?
Not at all. We’re looking for women with meaningful goals and the commitment to pursue them, regardless of current performance level. This program is about potential and dedication, not race results. You should be willing to work hard and cycling should be a big part of your life.
What will my financial contribution be?
The scholarship heavily subsidizes the coaching and equipment provided. Scholars make a small monthly contribution to ensure mutual commitment, but the value of what you’ll receive is far greater.
Do I need to be active on social media?
We are interested in authentic stories and not social hype but you will be a brand ambassador and therefore expected do share your journey in an innovative and engaging way.
How much time do I need to commit?
On average, scholars train upwards of 8 hours per week, depending on your goals and life commitments. We’ll work with you to design a plan that fits your reality.
What if I face setbacks like illness or injury?
That’s normal in any long-term journey. We adapt your training plan and provide support so you can keep moving forward safely, even if progress slows.
Can I apply if I live outside Europe?
Yes! The program is open internationally. Coaching is delivered online, and equipment support can be shipped to you.
What happens after the 12 months?
At the end of the program, you’ll have the option to continue as a coached athlete or there may be a possibility to extend your scholarship. The goal is that you’ll leave with new confidence, structure, and performance you can carry forward. You won't be left completely unsupported as you will be part of our athlete community.
Am I tied into a contract?
The initial commitment is for 12 months but this can be terminated early, either by you or by us if either party fails to uphold the agreement.
