Level 2 - Major bike packing event 

This plan is designed to help you train for and complete a major bike packing event lasting longer than 5 days. The plan contains elements to build your endurance, your climbing ability and your ability to ride at a strong pace on the flat.

You will also be able to take advantage of permanent membership of our JHEndurance groups, which provide support forums where you can ask questions of other group members and of our coaching team.

Before starting this plan you should have a good background in cycling, be comfortable riding at least 5 days a week and have completed a minimum of several one day rides further than 160k (100 miles) on road or gravel tracks and/or 100km (60 miles) rides on mountain bike terrain.
