Through our work with Alli, she rebuilt her strength and went on to win the Wild West Country and Pan Celtic Long Races in 2023.
Now, after two knee replacements (possibly consequences of earlier under-fueling), she's making another comeback, already completing a 24-Hour race and preparing for another crack at the Wild West Country. Watch this space... Alli is on the up!
