For some people, walking a few kilometres is a challenge and for people like Jenny Graham  it was breaking the round the world cycling record. We coached Jenny both mentally and physically as she prepared for that mammoth feat and we can help you, whatever your goal might be.

By joining our Essentials plan you enlist the support of our expert coaching team to provide everything you need to build fitness towards your goals in a healthy and sustainable way. Join a group that understands and supports you on your unique journey.
 
  •  Initial consultation and training history review
  •  Custom training plan built around your life
  •  Unlimited written communication via email, text/WhatsApp and workout comments
  •  1 x training plan adjustments per month to deal with unforeseen life events and to optimise training
  •  Coach response to workout comments in TrainingPeaks and sense check on key workout data
  •  Membership of an exclusive WhatsApp group monitored by the coaching team
  •  Weekly group workshops and discussions
  •  Optional strength training plan with up to two sessions a week
  •  WhatsApp messaging with your coach for quick responses during working hours and at other times when available
  •  TrainingPeaks Premium Account
  •  No minimum commitment, you can cancel or change packages at any time
  •  All services are online so you can be anywhere in the world

'Standard' Coaching

 

 

The Standard Coaching Package puts you in touch with a dedicated coach who will get to know you and your needs. We are noted for building interactive, responsive relationships because we care about you and your results.

  • 1 video call a month, including discussions of training , event preparation, nutrition and mental skills
  • Detailed analysis and feedback on up to 2 workouts per week 
  • Membership of an exclusive WhatsApp group monitored by the coaching team
  • Weekly group workshops and discussions
  • Optional strength training plans with up to two sessions a week
  • WhatsApp messaging with your coach for quick responses during working hours and at other times when available

Our ultimate support package to help you focus completely on meeting your goals. We are on hand as much as you need to support you along your journey, helping you analyse and optimise your training.

  •  2 x 1 hour video calls a month, including discussions of training , event preparation, nutrition and mental skills 
  •  Detailed analysis and feedback on up to 4 workouts per week
  •  Membership of an exclusive WhatsApp group monitored by the coaching team
  •  Weekly group workshops and discussions
  •  Optional strength training plans as needed
  •  WhatsApp messaging with your coach for quick response during working hours

John Hampshire and Clare Pearson, friends and training partners, decided to develop Endurance Bike and Run, building on their personal experiences and knowledge to help others gain fulfilment and pleasure from participation in endurance sports.

Concentrating on our passion for running and cycling we have learned and developed our capabilities to help people of all abilities work towards their goals.

Developing effective, supportive relationships with our clients is what makes the difference and gives everyone the best chance of success. It is also what makes our work so rewarding.
